Before you start — what these Terms mean for you

17jl is an online gaming platform serving Filipino players. By creating and using a 17jl account, you enter into a binding agreement with us. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, form the complete set of rules that apply to every 17jl account holder.

The short version: 17jl gives you access to games, betting markets, and account tools. In return, you agree to use the platform honestly, within the rules, and in a way that does not harm other players, the platform, or yourself. We take our obligations seriously — offering fair games, transparent rules, and secure account management. We expect players to take their obligations seriously too.

Section 1

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a 17jl account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times. These are not flexible requirements — they are minimum standards for using the platform.

  Age requirement You must be of legal gaming age as defined under Philippine law at the time of registration and throughout your use of 17jl. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• 1.2
  Philippine residency and jurisdiction 17jl is designed for players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 17jl is permitted under the laws applicable in your location. 17jl does not accept liability for a player accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• 1.3
  One account per player Each individual may hold only one 17jl account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different devices — is prohibited. 17jl reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and may withhold associated balances pending investigation.
• 1.4
  Accurate registration information All registration details — including full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number — must be accurate. Players may be required to verify their identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete verification or provision of false documentation may result in account suspension.
• 1.5
  Personal use only 17jl accounts are strictly for the personal use of the registered account holder. You may not allow another person to use your account, and you may not use another person's account. Accounts operated on behalf of another individual or as a proxy are prohibited.

Section 2

Account Responsibility

Your 17jl account is your responsibility from the moment it is created. This section outlines what that means in practice.

• 2.1
  Password and login security You are responsible for keeping your 17jl login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or friends. Use a password that is unique to your 17jl account. 17jl staff will never ask for your password through any channel.
• 2.2
  Reporting unauthorised access If you suspect that your 17jl account has been accessed without your permission, contact support at support@17jl.best immediately. 17jl will take reasonable steps to secure the account, but is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain login security.
• 2.3
  Keeping contact details current Your registered email address and phone number are used for account communications, security verification, and transaction confirmations. Keep these details up to date. 17jl is not responsible for failed communications caused by outdated contact information in your account.
• 2.4
  Transactions placed from your account All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made from your 17jl account while you are logged in are considered authorised by you, unless you have reported a security concern before those transactions occurred. 17jl will not reverse transactions on the basis that your account was shared with or accessed by another person with your knowledge.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All 17jl transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through your 17jl account.

Section 4

Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game or betting market on 17jl operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within that section of the platform. These general fair play rules apply across all 17jl game categories.

• 4.1
  Random number generation and game integrity Casino-style games on 17jl use certified random number generation to determine outcomes. No player, employee, or third party can influence or predict the outcome of any game. Results displayed in your game history are final.
• 4.2
  No automation or unfair tools Players must not use bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to play games or place bets on 17jl. Any advantage gained through such means is illegitimate. 17jl will void affected bets, remove associated winnings, and may close the account permanently.
• 4.3
  Technical malfunctions In the event of a technical error that affects a game in progress, 17jl reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return stakes to players. The platform is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnections on the player's side during a game session.
• 4.4
  Bet finality Once a bet or game action is confirmed through the 17jl interface, it cannot be reversed by the player. Confirm your intended bet amount and selection before submitting. 17jl support cannot reverse a valid confirmed bet based on a player's change of mind.
• 4.5
  Collusion and match-fixing Any attempt to collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit information that should not be available at the time of betting is a serious breach of these Terms. 17jl cooperates with relevant authorities in investigating suspected manipulation.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

17jl may offer bonuses, promotions, free plays, or other incentives from time to time. When a bonus or promotion is active, its specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates — are displayed alongside the offer.

• 5.1
  One bonus per player per promotion Bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. Players found to be creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once will have all accounts closed and all bonus winnings voided.
• 5.2
  Wagering requirements apply Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The specific requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Players should read these before opting in.
• 5.3
  17jl reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions Promotions may be changed, paused, or ended at any time. 17jl will provide reasonable notice when possible. Participation in a promotion after a change notice has been issued constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• 5.4
  Bonus abuse Playing patterns designed solely to exploit bonus terms — rather than to play the games in good faith — constitute bonus abuse. 17jl reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to restrict or close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 17jl. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• 6.1
  Fraudulent activity Using stolen payment credentials, identity documents, or financial information to fund or operate a 17jl account is fraud and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• 6.2
  Money laundering or illicit fund transfers 17jl accounts must not be used to process, layer, or integrate funds of illegal origin. 17jl monitors transactions and reports suspicious activity as required under applicable Philippine regulations.
• 6.3
  Abusive or threatening conduct Players must not direct abusive, threatening, or harassing language at 17jl staff or other players through any communication channel, including in-game chat. Such conduct will result in account suspension without prior warning.
• 6.4
  Exploitation of errors or glitches Knowingly exploiting a software error, pricing mistake, or technical glitch on 17jl for financial gain is prohibited. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided. Players who identify errors are encouraged to report them to support immediately.
• 6.5
  Sharing access with minors Providing access to your 17jl account to a person under the legal gaming age is strictly prohibited. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household cannot access their 17jl account or login credentials.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

17jl is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible participation. These obligations apply to both the platform and to each registered player.

• 7.1
  Platform tools available 17jl provides deposit limits, session time information, and self-exclusion options through the account settings area. Players are encouraged to use these tools to keep their gaming activity within comfortable, sustainable limits.
• 7.2
  Self-exclusion requests Players who want to stop using 17jl for an extended period can request self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods vary in duration. During a self-exclusion period, 17jl will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform.
• 7.3
  Player responsibility Gaming on 17jl is voluntary. Players agree that they are participating for entertainment purposes and that they are responsible for their own decisions about how much time and money they spend on the platform. 17jl is not liable for losses incurred through a player's own choices within the platform rules.

Sections 8–12

Intellectual Property, Liability, Termination, Amendments, and Contact

Section 8 — Intellectual Property

All content on 17jl — including the logo, game interfaces, website design, text, images, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 17jl or its licensed providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any 17jl content without prior written permission is prohibited. The 17jl name and logo may not be used in any context without authorisation.

Section 9 — Limitation of Liability

17jl provides the platform in good faith and takes reasonable steps to ensure it operates correctly. However, 17jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, 17jl is not liable for losses arising from: internet connection failures on the player's side, force majeure events, third-party payment processing delays, or a player's own decisions during game play. 17jl's total liability to any player for any claim is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Section 10 — Account Suspension and Termination

17jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if the account holder is found to have breached these Terms. Reasons for termination include — but are not limited to — provision of false information, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or failure to complete identity verification. Where an account is closed for legitimate breach, 17jl may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where an account in good standing is closed by 17jl for reasons unrelated to player conduct, the remaining balance will be returned to the player through a verified payment method.

Players may also close their own 17jl account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard game rules, and the resulting balance will be returned to the player.

Section 11 — Amendments to These Terms

17jl may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable laws, or business operations. When material changes are made, 17jl will update the "Last updated" date on this page and may notify active players through their registered email address or an in-platform notification. Continued use of 17jl after a change has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with the revised Terms should stop using the platform and close their account.

Section 12 — Contact and Disputes

Any dispute arising from the use of 17jl that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
